Who we are

What we collect
- Discover registration: first name, email address, whether you opted in to marketing, the consent wording version and timestamps.
- Contact form: name, email address and your message.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
- Debrief purchases: order and booking details processed by our checkout and calendar providers. We never see or store your full card details.
We do not collect your assessment answers on this website. The Life Dashboard and Saboteur Assessment are completed through separate, authorised experiences. Please avoid sending us health or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it during a coaching session. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To send the discovery instructions you request — performance of a contract / steps at your request.
- To send optional insights and programme information — consent, only if you tick the box. You can withdraw at any time.
- To respond to enquiries, process debrief bookings and payments — contract and legitimate interests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interests.
Your request for assessment instructions is recorded separately from any marketing consent. Not ticking the marketing box will not affect your free discovery.
Who processes it
- Lovable and its hosting/backend providers — website hosting and secure storage of registrations. [CONFIRM data location and sub-processors.]
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship and email platform.
- AWeber (AWeber Communications, USA) — email delivery for your starting-point email and, only if you tick the consent box, follow-up emails about SYMPHONY. We share your first name and email address.
- Stripe (via GoHighLevel) — payment processing for the optional debrief.
- Positive Intelligence and Designing Your Life resources — when you choose to follow links to their assessment experiences, their own privacy terms apply.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. [CONFIRM per provider.]
How long we keep it
Registration and contact records: up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Purchase records: 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Security logs: up to 90 days. [CONFIRM retention schedule.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@trainbrainacademy.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Marketing
If you opt in, we may send occasional insights, resources and programme information. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (your discovery instructions, booking confirmations) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
